CodePopular offers a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. If a product does not meet your requirements according to our commitment, we will refund the amount you paid. No hassle.
We recommend contacting us first if you have trouble receiving or downloading a product. Most download issues can be fixed without a refund.
When we issue a refund
We return and refund the purchase amount when a buyer reports a valid problem after purchase, including:
- The item has a problem after purchase and you report it to us.
- The product has a copyright issue.
- The download is a blank or empty project file.
- The product is outdated, backdated, or not needed as described on the product page.
- The downloaded file does not match what CodePopular showed on the product page. In that case we issue a complete refund.
Digital products
All CodePopular products are digital downloads (WordPress plugins and related tools). After payment you receive an instant license and download.
If the purchase does not match our commitment, we refund it in full within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
